One person from relocation through closing
Relocation consulting stays in the work. When I am the relocation consultant, I can also be the real estate agent through closing. I already know the needs, the timeline, and the company relocation policy, so you do not start over with someone else.

I represent buyers: first-time buyers, investors, and relocating transferees.
Buyer representation
I represent you in the purchase, from the search through closing.

I walk through the process, the paperwork, and the decisions in the order they come up.

I can represent you in the purchase when I am already your relocation consultant, so the move and the home stay with one person.

I plan how the home goes to market, including timing and who the listing is meant to reach.
Pricing
I price from the comparable sales and the condition of the home.
Preparing the home
I advise on what to repair, remove, or leave alone before photos and showings.
Listing marketing
I market the listing with the writing and presentation that property needs.

Negotiation is a core part of how I represent buyers and sellers, from the first offer through the repairs.
Offers
I write and present the offer, including price, timing, and the terms that have to be clear before you sign.
Counteroffers
I work through counteroffers with you and keep the terms you care about in view.
Inspection and repair negotiation
I negotiate inspection findings and repair requests after you know what the report says.
Multiple-offer situations
When more than one offer is on the table, I help you decide how to respond and what to put in writing.
Marketing
After college I built real estate websites and did marketing at the brokerage level. I was a founding member of a Seattle startup and helped scale a product-based company for over three years, until it was sold. I then got licensed while consulting on marketing for colleagues and brokerages. That became a full-time career as an agent and broker across multiple states, together with global relocation consulting.
That marketing background is part of how I represent a listing and how I read a purchase.
