About Holly
For twenty years, my work has centered on real estate: representing buyers and sellers, and growing from there into relocation, destination services and corporate mobility. Real estate is often the biggest investment a person ever makes, and I treat every transaction with that in mind.
Having moved both domestically and internationally myself, I know what it is to start over somewhere unfamiliar. My work is backed by a trusted network and support team, and my ambition is centered on the outcome: helping my sellers net the most on their sale, or helping you find a home that fits your immediate needs and your long-term plans. But the heart of my work sits on the other side of that ambition: making difficult transitions feel meaningful, and making sure the people going through them feel supported the whole way.
I am fiercely protective of what my clients have built, because selling is often letting go of a lifelong investment and buying is often the thing someone has worked hardest for. I am also a softer person than that suggests: the one who calls the school office, checks in after the keys change hands, and stays reachable long after closing.
Being a mother is at the center of my life, and my family is the reason behind the care I bring to every client and every move. Credentials, of course, are a plus, but what you can't see behind the numbers is the part that matters most. It takes deep trust to choose who will guide you through your home, your savings, and your family's next chapter. I don't take for granted the privilege of walking that path alongside you.
A destination service consultant stands where every expectation of a move meets. Each party has its own priorities, timelines and rules, and all of them have to be honored at once.

Career Story
2006 to 2015
I began licensed practice in 2006 and built a thriving residential business, grounded in pricing strategy, negotiation, and lasting client relationships, with a focus on helping clients with development and new construction.
2016 to 2021
I made relocation the center of my work: policy counseling and a high volume of home sale files from listing preparation to close, including buyout programs, alongside destination services for transferees.
2022 to Today
As semiconductor and advanced manufacturing growth brought a new wave of international talent, I expanded my work into global mobility consulting and destination services, while continuing traditional real estate transactions.
Beyond the Work
Along the way, I spent twelve years on a nonprofit board renovating homeless shelters and volunteered as an event producer for the University of Washington CELE Dream Project. I have also tutored and mentored students in the University of Washington real estate program, and I keep learning new things: right now, that means working toward fluency in Spanish, so I can help families in their own language.
One of my favorite real estate experiences was seeing the industry from a global view in Barcelona, where I was invited to learn from the best in the industry.
